I can’t make it work, so I’m moving again, I’m not making friends, so I’m moving again, I’m moving again, I’m moving again. I need a clean slate to start again, everything I own can be thrown away, I only read while scrolling, never put down roots, I’m a modern man, no duration, no attention span, I’ve got no accent anymore. Or maybe, it’s the cost of living, this neighborhood has somehow changed, since I moved here, or maybe, I can’t afford the rent, I can’t afford to pay the rent, so I’m moving again, to a neighborhood where no one lives, but people they call “no one”, paying money to appear poor, somewhere “gritty” and “authentic”. Conquistador sees an empty shore, blind to what he destroys, and I’m moving again, keep moving, I’ve burned all my bridges and I’m all alone, I can’t clean up this mess, so I’m moving again,
I can’t make it work, I’m packing my bags and I’m moving again.

Bodega joyfully celebrate the history of underground rock music with tunes exemplifying the best of college rock to jangle to indie. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 12, 2024
The Minneapolis band add a horn section, a running surrealist allegory about walls, and an occasional nod to the elegiac to their electroshocked post-punk. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 4, 2024
